Acceptance and warmth for exactly who you are.
My focus is all about helping individuals and couples connect to and enhance their physical, emotional and sexual wellbeing. I approach clients with warmth and a respect for differences, whether that be in their attachment styles or ways of viewing the world. In my work with couples I focus specifically on rebuilding safety and intimacy through understanding each others' attachment styles as well as reducing conflict and building connectedness. I also do sex therapy work with couples to help increase levels of intimacy and closeness in their relationship when it feels like there has been a rupture or a change.
I help to reshape the way that we view sex and intimacy in relationships. Sexual health is an important part of a relationship and every couple deserves to feel close and intimate with their partner. I can support couples in understanding where their past relationship patterns have influenced and impacted their current relationship as well as the role that trauma can play in relationship and intimacy.
Sometimes at the root of the challenges in individuals and couple relationships is trauma or little micro traumas that happen throughout life. That is why I am also a EMDR therapist who works with attachment trauma as well as attachment related disorders. Please feel free to reach out to me by phone or email to set up a FREE 30 minute consultation.
Good Faith Estimate Notice: You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
